		<description>2-D platformers were great, and this guy has listed why in a very great article.  But what I think, is that the reason they were fun was because they were simple.  All you needed was move, run, jump, and use power, nothing more.  Now adays, we have more complex stuff that can be frustrating as hell with too many things that factor in with it that only add to controller-throwing frustration.</description>
